The Feeling Better Clinic collects email addresses and certain other personal information that you have provided to us. In order for us to deliver the products/services you want from us, we will need to use your email address (and sometimes your phone number if you prefer to talk about things over the phone) to contact you. If you’re buying something from us that needs popping in the post, we’ll need your address in order to get it to you. From time to time we may send a marketing email with new services/products, special offers or discounts that may be of interest to you.

We’ll keep your contact details on file for 7 years from the most recent date that we’ve heard from you, so that we can quickly provide support and help when you ask for it. You can ask us to review, amend or remove your contact details from our records at any time by emailing data@thefeelingbetterclinic.com. We do not use any third parties except MailChimp, Google, PayPal and Stripe. We do not share or sell your information to third parties. We do not send spam.

We will do our upmost to keep your personal information private and will only use your email address to send you information about The Feeling Better Clinic.

Currently we ask for no information from the visitors of our site, with the exception of an optional Newsletter Subscription, and an optional Contact Form, both of which require a name and an email address.
